Oxidizer; white granular solid with burning, chloride-like odor. Corrosive to eyes
(may cause blindness), skin, respiratory tract, mucous membranes. Do not get
in eyes, on skin or clothing. Avoid breathing dust. Wash thoroughly after
handling.

Shipping Containers
Lithium chloride bleach is packages and shipped in polyethylene-lined fiber
drums containing 100 or 400 pounds (45.5 or 181.8 kg) of product and in 2000
lb. lined supersacks.
Shipping Limitations
Shipments of lithium chloride bleach are described as “UN1479, OXIDIZING
SOLID, N.O.S. (LITHIUM HYPOCHLORITE, MIXTURE) 5.1, PG III.”
All shipments are Hazard class 5.1 and require “Oxidizing Agent” labels.
