expectations of a Assembly line workers/ packers.
We are looking for a Assembly Line Worker/Packer with knowledge of the following.
Assembly Line Worker/Packer Job Responsibilities:
Assembly line workers, also known as team assemblers, work together in a line completing
individual tasks in sequence to construct parts and products for consumers. Assembly line
workers usually rotate jobs and learn more than one part of the assembly process, including material
gathering, construction, quality control, packaging and shipping.
Assembly Line Worker/Packer Job Duties:

Thoroughly inspect product on lines.

Ensure that safety and quality requirements are fulfilled.

Prepares finished product for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and
securing product.

Must be able to focus on the task at hand and pay attention to details.

Must be able to rotate jobs and learn more than one task of the assembly process.

Be able to work as a team that can handle high stress, deadline-influenced projects, repetitive work
and long periods of sitting, standing, bending, twisting or lifting.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Assembly Line Worker/Packer Skills and Qualifications:
Organization, Excellent Vision, Coordination, Dealing with Complexity, Deadline-Oriented, Time
Management, Safety Oriented, Lifting up to 70 lbs., Standing Long Periods of Time, Exposure to loud
noise, physical stamina and strength.
