Oatmeal Cookie Smoothie Recipe
• 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
• 1/2 small sized banana (optional)
• 1 tablespoon quick oats
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• Pinch of nutmeg
• Pinch of sea salt
• 1 scoop of Bariatric Advantage High Protein Meal
Replacement Vanilla flavor
• 4-5 average sized ice cubes
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
