specification pressure of the bellows.
Up to 19.3 kgf/cm2 can be used by using dual bellows.
2) 5 x 10-9 Acc/sec or less when using the PCTFE gasket.

In addition to the standard PTFE and
PCTFE, a metal o-ring can be also used
for the bonnet gasket
Select from three types of material
(304 SS, 316 SS, 316L SS) for the valve
body according to the applied fluid
Non-rotating disk for a secure seal
Three types are available for the inside
of the valve: as-cast, BA finishing, and EP
finishing
