Eomuk is a seasoned batter of crushed fish meat, cooked or fried and molded or

or deep fried and eaten as a snack. Samjin Fish Cake Company was founded in
1953 and is the oldest eomuk maker in Busan. In the recently renovated factory,
you will find the bakery offering dozens of types of eomuk and the Samjin Fish Cake
History Museum. Don't miss the chance to make creative eomuk dishes such as
croquettes or pizza.
