Bring a Friend to CCM – Referral Credit Available
Cottonwood Creek Marina offers a credit toward future slip rental for any tenant
who brings in a friend to complete a contract. You, as the tenant, will get credit
for one month’s rent (the value is determined by the lesser of yours and the new
tenant’s slip rent). We’d love to have your friends out here. We’d also love to
thank you for helping CCM grow by giving you the credit!
COURTESY REMINDERS
Trailer Inspections are now required when renewing a trailer when the tow
weight is greater than 4500 pounds (including boat weight). This can be done
at most state-certified vehicle inspection stations in Texas.
Water Toys should not be stored on the walkways between boat slips. Please

secure them to your boat, to your decking, or deflate before you leave. We
have an air compressor at the Ships Store to assist you with airing them back
up as needed during our business hours.

Clean Water Certification Program – Action Needed
The Clean Water Certification Program requires owners of boats with
marine sanitation devices (MSDs) to obtain a decal, self-certifying that the
MSD is operating properly to prevent the discharge of sewage into Texas
waterways. The program is required under Texas law and is intended to
protect and improve the quality of water in Texas. Visit the website below
to get certified. Boats must be recertified every two years.
