breathtaking views, from the house, onto the coast of the Versilia and the lake of Massaciuccoli. Chiatri used to be
the summer residency of the famous opera writer Giacomo Puccini and is therefore well known. The hills in the
surroundings, which divide the city of Lucca from the sea, invite to have relaxing strolls.
The house was restored with great care and disposes of a wonderful veranda (of about 60 sqm) which is

for an adventurous holiday, the house is located in secluded position on the hills above Camaiore and above the
little, tiny hamlet of Greppolungo. From the house you will enjoy breathtaking views on the coast which will pay off
for the effort of reaching the house. You may park the car in the parking of the little hamlet and reach the house
by walking a little distance (1000 m) in the wood. The owner will be glad to help you with the transportation of your
luggage.
The house has a garden with pool (out of the ground, oval shape, 5 x 3.40m, depth 1.20m)and two terraces with
wonderful views. Enjoy the quietness, the fresh water pool refreshment, or a good prosecco on the terrace. Do not
