Right Angle Studio were engaged by Mirvac and UrbanGrowth to develop their retail strategy
for Green Square Town Centre.
The strategy focuses on retail as placemaking, with Green Square as Sydney’s urban village.
The level of interest from retailers has been high.
It was noted that various submissions have been made to date on the two commercial
buildings (8A & 8B on Botany Road – Approx 50,000m2). The commercial buildings at Green
Square are generally competing with sites at Macquarie Park and Parramatta.
