ZERO TOLERANCE! All referee calls are final and cant be changed. No use of fault language towards referee and league officials. The registration fee is U8 – U9 $125.00 Per Team U10 – U14 $150.00 Per Team Referee Fee: U6 & U7 $20 U8, U9, U10, $25 per Game U11, U12, & U14 $30 per game Soccer Fun for Kids League is a Cod-Ed Soccer League. Teams must wear well uniformed; socks, shorts, jersey with numbers and their respective colors to distinguish the clubs. For the safety of the player, he/she must wear shin-guards, and soccer shoes. These are strict participating rules. Players ID: Soccer Fun for Kids League will provide a League ID. A copy of Birth Certificate or passport and a 2X2 picture is needed to create IDs. US Club Soccer, CJSL and other sanctioned League IDs are respected in Soccer Fun for Kids League. Copies of passes are needed for our records. Note: These passes will only be use for age verification purposes only. Each player must submit a respective Soccer Fun for Kids League ID card, before the programmed game. No one can play without respective ID card. A captain showing distinctive captain band should represent a team. He/she will be responsible for the discipline of the group. At the end of the game the teams will be aligned to the greeting and as a sign of friendship regardless outcome of the game. A team must have a minimum of 6 legally registered players to be able to begin a game. Both teams must have a maximum of 8 players on the field and 14 in Final Roster. A team is allowed to complete a full lineup after second halve has started. (Kids want to play!) There is no limit in changes or re-entry of the player during the game. Only 15 minutes waiting time for the first match. For the following games there is no waiting time, all teams are encouraged to be at least 30 minutes prior to their game. Referee needs to know when substitutions are being made. A player can only be registered on his team. If a players is already registered in one team and appears to play in another team of the same SUB division; he will be excluded from the tournament. Teams engaged in this irregularity will lose 3 points regardless of the SUB that is playing. The official competition ball will be # 3, 4, and 5 The player expelled with red card for any reasons he/she shall be suspended for one game or more depending on the severity of sanction. This is up to the ruling of the Committee of penalties and base on referee report. The player who is driven expelled by assault to the referee shall be definitively suspended from the league. If the leaders, coaches, academies, schools or the public commit acts of indiscipline or physical or verbal aggression to the referee, they will be severely punished with point’s deduction and up to the expulsion of the league. If both teams members participate in a fight during the game or after the game, they will be punished severely including the being expelled from the league. The bad behavior of fans players or delegates could harm your team and the results of the game with possible point’s deduction according to the report of the referee. Any team that leaves the playing field while the game is running will lose the points. Player which is found playing over the age of the team corresponding age division, he/she and the team coach will be suspended for two games. The team will punish with point’s deduction and in case of reoccurrence the coach and the player will be expelled from the tournament. Younger players are allowed to play in an older division. No older players are allowed to play in a younger division. The claims for the wrong age will have to be reported at the end of the game. Claims shall be made in the game roster. The challenged will have until Tuesday at 8:00 PM by bringing an original proof to the league. If the age can’t be proof the age challenger team will be considered winner of the match. The roster should be delivered before the start of game; the roster should include the players name, last name, and jersey number. Failure to do so will cause the team to lose the points in dispute. The roster will be kept at the league’s table for record purposes and referee report. The team that does not show up for the game will lose by a W.O; the team will lose the match and 1- point will be discounted from his positions chart. The absentee team will have to pay for the referee match fee. If the team that arrives late to the game loses by W.O. no points will no accumulates in the W.O statistics, he has to pay for the arbitration and must submit their game roster to make the referee report. A team that accumulates two (W.O.) no showing up to the game will be withdrawn from the tournament. If a team wins by W.O. (A friendly game might take place against any team that is wiling to do so) both teams would pay referee fee.
