in-house. If a major injury occurs, where vet care is needed, we will make an effort to contact
you with the information you provide below, and ask you to take your dog to the vet. If we are
unable to contact you, we may be required to take your dog to the nearest vet.

Dogtown Cincinnati General Rules and Policies:
The purpose of Dogtown Cincinnati is to provide a fun, safe, and stimulating social environment for dogs
during any time of the day. To ensure the safety and health of your pet and our other guests, we
require all guests to comply with the following rules and regulations:
AGE: All dogs and cats must be 12 weeks or older to attend.
SEX: All dogs and cats 6 months and older must be spayed or neutered.
VACCINATIONS: All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations. For Dogs, owners must submit
written proof of DHLPP, Rabies, and Bordatella vaccinations. A Rabies vaccine is required for
puppies over 4 months of age. All cats staying with us must have the following: FVRCP,
FLV/FELV and Rabies, Titer Test, and/or a blood test for FeLV and FIV within the past 12 months.
HEALTH: All pets must be in good health. Owners will certify their pet(s) are in good health and
have not been ill with a communicable condition in the last 10 days. Upon admission, pets must
be free from any condition which could potentially jeopardize other guests. Please call
whenever your pet is ill and keep us informed of their condition, even if you are keeping them at
home.
BEHAVIOR: All pets must be non-aggressive and not food or toy protective. Owners will certify
their pets have not harmed or shown any aggressive or threatening behavior towards any
person or any other animal(s) of the same species. Please remember, your pet will be spending
time with other pets and the safety and health of all animals is our main concern.
EMERGENCY VET CARE: If your dog is the recipient of a major injury that requires vet care, and
we are unable to contact you to come get your dog immediately, we will take your dog to the
nearest veterinarian. Bringing your pet to daycare is a risk that you, as an owner, are taking. By
signing our forms, you agree that you will pay any veterinary fees that are the result of injury
here. We do our best to keep your pet injury-free, but we also recommend all pet parents carry
an affordable pet insurance policy for their pets, regardless.
