Green and Clean

When: Saturday May 6th
9:00 AM-12:00 PM Rain or Shine
Where: All roadsides in Southwick
Who: All interested town residents and groups please volunteer!
What To Do:
 Talk to organizations you are associated with Souts, Schools, Churches, Friends, Neighbors,
and identify roads and locations in Southwick needing clean-up
 Clean the roadside in front of your house. Bag the trash and leave it curbside for pick-up.
 Call the Southwick Conservation Commission at 569-6907 and volunteer. Let us know how
many people will be in your group and where you would like to work.
Clean-up day Accomplishment!
The Southwick Green and Clean has been held annually for the past 14
years. Each year, at least one 20 yard dumpster is filled with roadside litter
which is over 200 yards of trash removed from our roadsides, or the equivalent of about 20 dump trucks.
On May 6th from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM :

Bring your gloves and pick up your supplies, bags, snacks and then go to work!
