Application
Substrate Preparation
The substrate must be dry (in concrete, the residual
moisture in the upper 2 cm must be < 5 %), sound and
free from any material that would hinder adhesion.
(Prepare the substrate according to Technical Information Tl 21 - Substrate Preparation.)

Use as trowel-applied leveling mortar
For use as trowel-applied leveling mortar, the KEMPERTEC® KR Quartz Sand Mixture in a ratio of 1 : 4
with KEMPERTEC® EP-Primer, in a ration of 1 : 2 with
KEMPERTEC® EP5-Primer or in a ratio of 1 : 3 with
KEMPERTEC® AC-Primer. The mixing ratio can vary
depending on substrate condition.
Use as a trowel-applied repair mortar
The areas should be appropriately prepared and
primed with KEMPERTEC® EP-Primer, KEMPERTEC®
EP5-Primer or KEMPERTEC® AC-Primer. To compensate for unevenness and cavities up to 20 mm in depth,
the KEMPERTEC® KR Quartz Sand Mixture is mixed
with KEMPERTEC® EP-Primer in a ratio of approx. 1 :
9, or with the KEMPERTEC® EP5-Primer in a ratio of
approx. 1 : 5 or with the KEMPERTEC® AC-Primer in a
ratio of approx. 1 : 10.
The mixing ratio can vary depending on substrate condition.
PSA
Personal protective equipment should be worn. Clean
the tools immediately after use with KEMPERTEC®
MEK Cleaning Agent. Clean hands and apply KEMPER
SYSTEM skin care cream.

The colour of the finished product may alter according
to temperature and/or UV-radiation, however its performance remains unaffected. The times given are reduced with higher and increased with lower surrounding and work surface temperatures. KEMPER SYSTEM
products must not be mixed with other manufacturers´
products.
