LPG SUPPLY SYSTEM FOR LIMA AND

Location: Ica and Lima.
Description: Concession of the design, financing,
construction, operation and maintenance of a LPG
transportation system from the producer (Pisco) to Lurin.
The transport capacity will be 2800 TM/day when the
commercial operation starts, and the fifth year will be 3500
TM/day. The system will include the following assets:
A pipeline of about 250 Km of length, from Pisco to Lurin
Storage and dispatch terminals to be located in Lurín
Pumping station, valves, pig traps and measurement and
communication equipment
• Estimated investment (VAT not included): US$ 250
million
• Modality: Self-sustained
• Concession period: 20 years plus the construction period
(36 months).
• Competence factor: Lower transportation fees.
Current project status: The project schedule will be modified
and all its activities.
Estimated date of award: II QUARTER 2014.
SHORT-LISTING CRITERIA
Investors will go through a qualification process to be considered bidders and file a proposal.

Technical *:
Bidders shall demonstrate that they directly operate hydrocarbon transportation systems by pipelines that meet the
following requirements:
Pipeline length above five hundred kilometers (500 Km)
Dispatch of liquid fuels for no less than five million (5,000,000) barrels per year, or dispatch of natural gas for no
less than seven hundred million cubic feet per year (700,000,000 cu ft/yr).
Legal:
Not having any legal impediments to enter a contract with the Peruvian Government.
Not participating with another Bidder.
Waiving rights of complaint through diplomatic means.
Other conditions to be defined in the Bidding Terms.
* Requirements to be updated according to the new project scheme.
