Tickets and Passes
Exhibitor passes
Exhibitor passes entitle the holder to enter the exhibition premises during the assembly and dismantling times
and during the exhibition itself. The passes are not transferable.
Each exhibitor will receive exhibitor passes free of charge according to the stand size. 2 passes will be issued
for the first 10 m2 of exhibition space, and 1 further pass for each additional 10 m2 or part thereof. Each coexhibitor will receive two free exhibitor passes. The exhibitor passes will not be dispatched until the stand rent
has been paid in full. It is also possible to order additional exhibitor passes, but these are not free of charge.
Please do not order the free exhibitor passes.
Passes for assembly and dismantling
Passes for assembly and dismantling only entitle the holder to enter the exhibition premises during the
assembly and dismantling days. They do not permit entry during the exhibition itself. Passes for assembly and
dismantling can be ordered free of charge. If necessary, additional passes for assembly and dismantling can be
obtained during the assembly phase in Hall 4C.
Day tickets for guests
On payment of the visitor flat-rate (see General Conditions of Participation, item 8, Visitor Acquisition) every
exhibitor has access to an unlimited number of guest day tickets. There are two options for orders:
1. Day tickets for guests – printed version
Day tickets for guests, sent to you free of charge and postfree. Day tickets for guests entitle one-time entry to
the exhibition grounds (admission from 9.00 am). There is no ticket exchange. Guest day tickets are numbered
consecutively; if necessary, please note the numbers or the series of numbers issued. After ACHEMA 2015 a
list of the numbers of used guest day tickets can be supplied on request. It is not possible for us to return used
guest day tickets.
2. Day tickets for guests – electronic version
Day tickets for guests solely as voucher numbers. With this option you receive day tickets for guests in the form
of voucher numbers in an .xls or .csv file. On receipt of your order the file will be accessible to you for download
in the section “Tickets and Passes” at www.achema.de at the exhibitor portal (from February 2015). You can
then send voucher numbers to your business associates with your invitation (e.g. as a WORD serial letter or by
e-mail). Visitors can then register at www.achema.de/entry-tickets and, on entering the voucher number, from
February 2015 print out their personal guest day ticket (one-time entry, admission from 9 am). After ACHEMA
2015 the corresponding data (visitors, days of visits) will be available on request.
Please note: Presentation of the voucher number alone does not entitle to admission to the exhibition grounds.
Holders of a voucher number must register on the Internet and print out their personal guest day ticket (from
February 2015).
To avoid repeat orders, please order a sufficient quantity of guest day tickets in the first place!
Take advantage of day tickets for guests by passing them on to your business associates and staff. There will be
no further invoice!
RMV Tickets
In conjunction with the RMV (Rhine-Main Transport Network), DECHEMA Ausstellungs-GmbH offers two types of
tickets for 2nd class travel on public transport for the period of 14 to 19 June 2015 (= 6 days). These RMV tickets
are not transferable.
RMV Ticket, Version A
Valid in the whole region served by the RMV (including the cities/towns of Darmstadt/Erbach, Marburg/Fulda/
Dillenburg, Limburg, Rüdesheim/Wiesbaden/Mainz, Hanau). Price: EUR 42.20 (including statutory VAT).
RMV Ticket, Version B
Only valid within Frankfurt, including the airport. Price: EUR 20.10 (including statutory VAT).
Photo permit
Exhibitors can have photographs taken of their stands during the official opening hours either by a
photographer authorised by DECHEMA or by their own photographer. The latter will, however, need a DECHEMA
photo permit stating the hall, stand and name of the exhibitor, as well as an admission ticket. The photo permit
can be ordered and will be sent to you free of charge.
The photo permit alone does not entitle the holder to enter the exhibition premises.
If you wish photos to be taken of your stand by your own photographer outside of the official opening hours, an
informal request for permission must be made to the exhibition management at least three weeks before the
start of the exhibition, stating the desired date and the name of the photographer concerned.
