Intructions For Instructions Use For Use OrankaAroma Aroma Safe Dispenser Oranka Safe Dispenser Dispenser Set Up 1. Base Unit Assembly a) Position the dispenser base unit in the desired position. Ideally have a minimum of 6 inches workspace around the dispenser if possible, which will allow the dispenser cooling fan to work at it’s optimum. b) Place 2 x damp cooling rings (4) on to the dispenser cooling plate (18). c) Attach the drip tray (19)at the bottom of the base by inserting the protruding foot in to the space provided. 2. Juice Tank Assembly a) Secure the tap housing (6) on to the tank by twisting the housing on to the tank. b) Push the tap handle ( 11) back as far as possible c) With clean or gloved hands insert the tap hose (7). The tap hose should have it’s ‘eye’ facing the front of the tank. d) Push the tap hose (7) flush into position in the tank. The final position of the tap hose tube should be in between the spring actioned tap handle (11) and the tap housing (6). e) Place the magnetic spinner ( 8) on to the spindle with it’s white collar and grooved side facing upwards. 3. Fitting & Filling The Juice Tank a) Adjust the tank fixing clips (3) so that they are positioned away from the base unit ( facing outwards). b) Place the juice tank (5) on to the top of the dispenser base unit. The metal base plate of the tank should sit on top of the metal cooling plate of the dispenser, with the 2 x damp cooling rings in between. c) With the tank in position, move the tank fixing clips ( 3) towards the tank so that they secure the tank in to place / slide clips over metal holding backet. d) Cover the magnetic spinner (8) with approx. 3 litres of fresh cold water e) Switch the dispenser on (1) f) Adjust the thermostat (2) to the 2 o’clock position. ( 9 o’clock = minimum temp / 3 o’clock = maximum , coldest temp) g) Empty the Oranka juice concentrate carton in to the tank and top up with water to either the 5 or 10 litre line on the tank ( see concentrate and fill levels below) 4. Concentrate and Fill Levels I 1 x 0.5 litre carton of Oranka 1+19 = 10 litres of final product II 1 x 0.5 litre carton of Oranka 1+9 = 5 litres of final product III 1 x 1 litre carton of Oranka 1+9 =10 litres of final product IV 1 x 1 litre carton of Oranka 1+4 = 5 litres of final product V2 x 1 litre cartons of Oranka 1+4 = 10 litres of final product first fill level red line (middle of the tank) = 5 litres / second fill level red line ( top of tank) = 10 litres. 5. Closing and Locking The Juice Tank a) Place the aroma cap (9) on top of the juice ( it will float!) b) Lift the metal valve in the centre of the aroma cap (9) so that the air in the pocket underneath disperses. c) Fill the channel (12) with one cup of water (using the small cup provided) d) Hold the lid (10) by the locking devices (14), ensuring the locking devices are extended to the open position. e) There is a magnetic bolt in each locking device. When the bolt is sitting upright the lock is open. When the bolt is dropped down in to the device the lock is closed. The bolts can be opened by holding one of the magnets provided (17) over the top of the bolt. f) Place the lid on top of the tank. g) To lock the lid on to the tank, hold the inside of the of the lid’s edge on the left and the right of the locking device with your index and middle finger. Now you can exert light pressure upon the locking device with your thumb to close the lock. The metal pins will fall in to the holes. 6. Optional Extra Steps a) A magnetic dating label is provided to affix to the side of the base unit. Use a dry wipe pen to detail the product , date of preparation and use by date. b) Juice dispensing can be locked off by using a tap lock (15). This slides over the tap handle and tap housing. Close the red locking device (16) by pushing it in. c) To unlock, hold a magnet against the stand off atop the locking device and slide out the red locking device (16). Slide the tap lock (15) down and off the tap handle and tap housing. Base Unit Assembly 1. Base Unit a) Turn the dispenser off (1) b) Undo the fixing clips (3) that secure the tank to the base unit. 2. Emptying The Juice Tank a) Unlock the tank lid locking device (14) on both sides of the tank using the magnet provided (17) b) To unlock the lid on to the tank, hold the inside of the of the lid’s edge on the left and the right of the locking device with your index and middle finger. Now you can hold the magnet provided (17) over the top of the bolt so that it sits upright. Pull the red lock outwards to release. c) Remove the tank lid (10) d) Lift and remove the aroma cap ( 9) from the inside of the tank. e) Lift the tank up from the base unit and empty any remaining contents (note that there may be some water remaining in the channel / gulley (12)). (CAUTION: if the juice tank is frozen to the base unit DO NOT REMOVE IT BY FORCE. Simply pour a little tepid water in to the tank and leave for a few minutes, then the tank can easily be removed) f) When the tank is empty press the tap handle (11) back as far as possible and pull out the tap hose (7) g) Twist and pull the tap housing (6) off of the tank. 3. Cleaning The Tank and Parts a) The following parts should now be ready for cleaning: (4) – cooling rings (5) – juice tank (6) – tap housing (7) – tap hose (8) – magnetic spinner (9) – aroma cap (10) – tank lid b) The cooling rings (4) should be rinsed in tepid water and put to one side c) The inside of the tap hose ( 7) should be cleaned with a small brush ( supplied by Oranka) and placed in a cup with sanitiser. d) All of the parts in the above section a) should be placed in the dishwasher at a temperature of at least 60 degrees Celcius. Please see Oranka Hygiene Instructions for further guidance regarding cleaning. It is recommended that tap hoses and cooling rings are changed every month. 34.5 cm 23.5 cm NB! - Keep at least 15 cms (6") of free space around the machine at all times.
