Grilled BLTT (Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, Turkey) Burgers Ingredients

Grilled BLTT (Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, Turkey) Burgers
Ingredients:
1lb Ground turkey
1 egg
Breadcrumbs
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 dashes of Tabasco
6 slices of cooked bacon
Salt and pepper
Lettuce
Tomato
Combine first 5 ingredients in mixing bowl. Next add bacon, salt and pepper to
taste. Mold the hamburgers in patties. Cook on grill flipping occasionally. When
cooked all the way through remove burgers and place on toasted bun. Top
burger with lettuce and tomato you can also spread chipotle aioli on top bun.
Chipotle Aioli:
½ cup mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon chipotles (preferably in adobo sauce)
Lime juice (about half of lime)
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
Pinch of salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until all ingredients are combined.
Spread the aioli on to toasted bun for your BLTT burger.
