New non‐collegiate women racers with 1‐day or first time Category 4 licenses may enter Collegiate Women's Intro category. USA Cycling Collegiate & general yearly and 1‐day licenses available for sale on site. Registration Fees: Men’s Category 5, $25; Men’s Category 4, 3 and Women’s Open $30; Men’s P/1/2, $35; All Collegiate Categories $15. An additional $5 late fee will be charged after February 28th. There is NO DAY OF REGISTRATION FOR USAC RACERS. Pre‐
Registration is available on‐line at BikeReg.com, where service charges might apply. Large ECCC Teams (only) may submit a spreadsheet with the following information: Rider Name, USAC License Number, Race Category and Races being entered for each rider. This spreadsheet must be received by March 1, 2013 at [email protected] in order to avoid a $5 late registration fee per rider per event. Registration/number pickup is located at the Grant’s Tomb Plaza. It opens 1 hour before the start of the first scheduled race and ends 15 minutes before the start of each race. Promoter is not required to refund pre‐registration in an event of an unforseen cancellation. Field limits for USAC races: Men's Category 5: 50, Women's Open: 75, all others: 125
Medical:Medical personnel will be on site and located at a separate tent near the registration area and are contactable on race radio. The nearest hospital is St. Luke’s University Hospital, 1111 Amsterdam Avenue, New York, NY 10025. Phone 212‐523‐4000. ECCC Host Housing: Contact the ECCC Host Housing Coordinator for information on available host housing. Course Description and Map: Race staging occurs on Riverside Drive, south of West 122nd Street, in front of the Church (not at the finish line). Riders should stage at least five minutes prior to their posted start time. Course: Riders will head north on Riverside Drive to the northern end of Grant’s Tomb Plaza, then turn left in a 180 degree turn to head South on Riverside Drive, past the finish line. Riders will then turn left on W 120th St. then take a 90 degree left on Claremont Ave. followed by a 90 degree left onto W 122nd St. up a short hill, followed by a 90 degree right back onto Riverside Drive.
