The School Uniform Shop is open from Mondays to Fridays, 8am – 3.45pm unless stated otherwise in a notice outside the shop. Please also note that there will be times when the shop will be closed due to unexpected circumstances. We ask for your understanding at these times. •
Payment modes: Strictly COD via Smartcard, cash, cheque (crossed & made out to Australian International School Pte Ltd), Nets, Amex, Visa or MasterCard. •
Your child can purchase items from us anytime, but please do not send them to school with large amount of cash. •
Stationery and spare buttons may be purchased from the Shop (in cash only). These items are non-­‐refundable and non-­‐exchangeable. •
Exchange policy: Uniform items purchased may be exchanged in size, colour or for defects due to manufacturers’ fault within 14 days in its original packaging and receipt. Items washed, worn or marked with names will not be exchangeable. No exchanges will be given under wear and tear circumstances. •
Made-­‐to-­‐measure uniforms may be ordered at $10.00 per piece above usual retail price for non-­‐
standard sizes only with a lead time of at least 2 weeks or more. A minimum of 2 pieces and full payment is required please. •
Smart-­‐card top-­‐ups in school: Minimum amount of $10 in cash only. Student cards must be produced. Please ensure account and card activation has been done at Library first. Top-­‐ups can also be done via the Internet at home. •
No food and drinks in the uniform shop please. BOOKROOM (Year 6 – Year 12) •
The Bookroom is open during secondary recess from 10.30am – 11.00am Mondays to Fridays during school terms (timings may be subject to changes with each new school year). •
Students must produce student cards for loans. •
Books are not to be swapped with classmates and must be returned at the end of every school year or earlier if not required anymore. Any student with overdue accounts will not be allowed further borrowing. •
