CHRISTMAS E-GREETING CARD LUCKY DRAW CONTEST
TERMS & CONDITIONS:








This Contest is open to all excluding employees of Far East Property Sales Pte Ltd
and advertising/web agencies who are directly connected to this Contest.
Participants must be residing in Singapore.
The contest period is from 10th December 2014 to 7th January 2015, Singapore Time:
1100 hrs – 2359 hrs.
To participate in this contest, Participants are required to:
1. enter their full name, email address, NRIC/Passport number and mobile
number;
2. enter the full name and email address of the Recipient(s) of the e-greeting
card;
3. acknowledge and confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to the
Terms and Conditions;
4. click “Send” to forward the e-greeting card to their friends.
Entry into this Contest constitutes the Participants will be entitled to 1 lucky draw
chance.
Only 1 winner will be selected the draw and the Contest is limited to 1 lucky draw per
participant
The prize is a hotel voucher for a 2 Day-1 Night stay at The Quincy Hotel which
comprises;
 1 Night Studio Room Stay
 Buffet breakfast and light refreshments for 2 adults
 Unlimited broadband internet access
 Cocktails from 6pm to 8pm daily and mini-bar
 The hotel voucher will be valid from 12th January to 11th July 2015.

The electronic draw will be conducted on 8th January 2015, Singapore Time: 6 p.m,
at Far East Property Sales office located at 30 Merchant Road, Riverside Point, #0218 to #02-23, Singapore 058282. Results will be published on the Christmas egreeting card page (http://www.fareast.com.sg/en/Residential/Xmas) on 9th January
2015, Singapore Time, 6 p.m.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and subject to the terms and
conditions accompanying them (if any). The Far East Organization stable of
companies (“FEO Group”) may at its sole and absolute discretion, substitute or
replace the prize with any item of equal or similar value without notice or reason.
 The prize must be collected personally on the agreed appointment date at Far East
Property Sales office located at 30 Merchant Road, Riverside Point, #02-18 to #0223, Singapore 058282. The NRIC/Passport of the winning Participant must be
presented upon collection of the prize. Failure to collect the prize within the agreed
appointment date or in the manner stated may result in the disqualification and
selection of an alternate winner.
 FEO Group shall not be liable in any way to any person for any loss, damage or
injury arising from or in connection with this Contest and/or the prize provided to the
winning Participant, including any act or omission relating to any person’s
participation howsoever caused, any error in computing any draw chances, any
breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment and/or any notice
which is misdirected or lost in the post.
 FEO Group reserves the right to publish the name of the winner who has redeemed
the prize and other necessary details on the Far East Organization website.
 By taking part in this Contest, each Participant irrevocably and unconditionally
warrants, undertakes and agrees as follows:
 that he/she has informed the Recipient(s) to whom he/she will be sending the
e-greeting card that he/she has participated in this Contest and obtained the
express consent of the Recipient(s) for the collection, use, disclosure,
processing and retention of the Recipient’s personal particulars and other
information by FEO Group and by all parties involved in organising, promoting
and conducting this Contest for the purposes of this Contest;
 that he/she consents to FEO Group disclosing, revealing and divulging their
personal particulars and other information to all parties involved in organising,
promoting and conducting this Contest.
 that he/she consents to FEO Group disclosing his/her name to the
Recipient(s) to whom the Participant has forwarded the Christmas e-greeting
card to.
 that he/she agrees that his/her personal data may be collected, used,
disclosed, processed and/or retained by FEO Group for the purposes of this
Contest and for the purposes of contacting the Participant(s) and to provide or
send to the Participant(s) information about FEO’s future preview sales
events, launches and/or other special privileges, promotions and/or programs
and other products and services offered by Far East Group, whether by way
of mail, email, phone call and/or sms;
 that he/she agrees to indemnify and keep FEO Group, its directors,
shareholders and employees indemnified against any and all liabilities,
claims, demands, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including legal
costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered or incurred by FEO Group, its
directors, shareholders and/or employees, as a result of any breach by such
Participant of any of these Terms and Conditions and/or any default,
negligence, act or omission of such Participant in connection with its
participation in this Contest.
 FEO Group’s decision on all matters relating to this Contest and no appeal or
correspondence will be entertained.
 FEO Group reserves the right, at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion,
discontinue this Contest or vary any of the Terms and Conditions herein, disqualify or
exclude any Participant from the Contest, or withdraw any award without notice or
reason. In case of any dispute, FEO Group’s decision is final.



Any person who has committed any act or made any statement or opinion or
behaves in any manner which may potentially, in FEO Group’s opinion, damage or
bring into disrepute the name, standing or reputation of any entities within the FEO
Group and/or any of its directors, shareholders or employees, shall not be eligible to
participate in this Contest.
Ineligible Participants shall be disqualified from participation, irrespective of whether
they had already submitted their entry or otherwise.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Singapore law and each
Participant agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
