SALES POLICIES - TERMS & CONDITIONS
PRICES: All prices are F.O.B., McPherson, Kansas, and are subject to change without notice. Unless notified otherwise, all
prices are unit costs. Actual shipping costs will be added to the invoice.
MINIMUM ORDERS: We require minimums in three instances only. 1)An opening order of $150.00, for accounts
requesting terms of Net 30, and only when credit verification is needed. 2)Private labeling (see below) 3)All prices assume
a minimum of six pieces per flavor, size or kind are ordered. Orders of 12 or more pieces per flavor, size or kind receive
25c discount per piece. There is no minimum order requirement for non-food items.
INVOICES: Invoices (for Net 30) will be mailed. Packing lists will be inserted in the top of the lead carton, for each
shipment. Please, pay from the invoices, as we do not send monthly statements.
RETURNS: All orders are custom manufactured, collated and shipped. Any goods returned for reasons other than
defective merchandise will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
OUT-OF-STOCK: In most cases, your order will be shipped complete. If we are out-of-stock on an item which causes an
undue delay for your order, we may elect to ship a partial. Out-of-stock items are not back-ordered, but we will make every
effort to contact you as the item becomes available.
PRIVATE LABELING: We have the ability to private label, or name-drop most items in our line. There is a piece minimum
for this service - 24 pieces - and you may mix any flavor, size or kind. We replace the address panel on the recipe
ingredient hang tag, with your information. Each text line should be limited to 25 characters, and labels should include at
least your business name and your city or phone number. We cannot name-drop on orders that are illegible. We have the
ability to print your private label, on hang tags, as full color logos. We can, also, print UPC bar codes and/or preprice.
PAYMENT METHODS: We will accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover or Amex for payment of your order. You may, also, apply
for terms of Net 30, by submitting a Company Profile, including at least three credit references. Allow 2-3 weeks for
processing requests for open terms. If you choose, we can ship your order on a C.O.D. Cash Only, or payment in advance
basis, while your credit application is being processed. Payment in advance, or Proforma orders will be held up to two
weeks, pending arrival of funds. If after two weeks the order is not paid, it will be cancelled, unless prior arrangements are
made.

TERMS OF NET 30 GUARANTEED BY A VALID CREDIT CARD: If you desire, you may obtain instant credit approval for
Terms of "30 Days Net Cash", using a valid Mastercard, Visa, Discover or Amex account. The procedure is simple and
speeds up the verification process by 2-3 weeks. When you place your order, indicate that you wish to use this procedure
and produce your credit card account number and expiration date for us.
Your initial order will be charged to the credit card account you furnish
us. You will then, be set up on open terms, and all new orders will be
billed Net 30 automatically. You will have 30 days to pay those invoices
by check. If over 30 days pass, and the invoice remains unpaid, we will
charge the unpaid balance to your account number. If we are forced to
charge the invoice to your credit card account, you will no longer have
the ability to receive shipments Net 30. However, your prompt payment
will allow you to establish a credit history with us, one that we will be
happy to share with other vendors.
