Important information regarding the COLOUR DASH !
Children are to wear practical casual clothes to school tomorrow Friday 2nd December.
Children need to bring a plastic bag with clothes they wish to change into for their
event. It is a good idea for children to bring along spare underwear and shoes they may
also like to wear sunglasses or goggles for protection during the event.
Please Note– It is advised that children don’t wear school uniform, or any other
“good” casual clothing.

School Banking 2016- Next Tuesday 6th December will be the final time children are able to participate in banking for 2016.
Thank you to all families who have participate in the school banking programs over the past 12 months. Top effort by all.
Prep information 2017– Reminder to families that the prep Parent information evening will be on Monday 5th December at
6.45pm– Child minding for children is available for children over 3 years. Please contact the school on 52501233 if you require
this service.
Prep orientation day will be held on Tuesday 6 December from 9am-11am. Preps will be meeting their classroom teachers and
visiting their classroom in preparation for next year. Please note Grade Preps will commence School on Thursday 2nd February
2017.
Grade 2 Excursion to Jirrahlinga
Grade 2 children thoroughly enjoyed themselves at the Jirrahlinga excursion learning all about Australian Wild life.
Grade 3 Excursion to IMAX Museum
Grade 3 students travelled up to Melbourne for their excursion where they watched a short film at the IMAX Cinema
and then progressed onto a tour at the famous Melbourne Museum.
