Applying for Membership
ARG members collaborate regularly to produce information in
the form of rail centre, area and line guides. These promote
Austrian railways and provide experienced guidance on train
travel in Austria.
Membership for the year costs just £15
Prototype and model railways and tramways of all
gauges, under all ownerships and in all periods
from their inception to the present day are included in our coverage.
q Our quarterly, all-colour Journals contain on average
100 A5 pages of members’ articles, pictures, news
reports, information and guidance. The Journal is now
accompanied by a quarterly 50 A5 page all-colour
Modelling Journal.
q Missed an issue or want to do some research? Over 80
previous issues of the Journal right back to Journal 0 are
available for download in our online archive for members.
q Access to our exclusive eGroup for dialogue and
knowledge-sharing between members: over 6000
messages have been shared since January 2000.
q Discounts on ARG publications and products.
q Occasional regional ‘get-togethers’: these open days
allow members to meet and chat over layouts and other
exhibits.
