Having a shower for 5 minutes uses 35 litres.
Having a bath uses 80 litres.
Be careful if you are using a power shower though......It uses 125 litres in less than 5 minutes.

The following are ways that we use water at home according to our survey:
Washing, cleaning, drinking, brushing teeth, washing floors, washing clothes, washing fruit and vegetables, washing windows, cooking, flushing the toilet, growing
plants, making tea/coffee, baby bottles, showering, feeding the dog and washing the dog.

An excellent idea suggested to conserve water was to collect rainwater to water plants.
