ATLANTIC 49 Game Conditions (English)
1.
EFFECTIVE DATE
This version of the Game Conditions and Prize Structure Statement shall come into force when
Atlantic 49 tickets featuring the Guaranteed Prize Draw Selection are first offered for sale by
Atlantic Lottery Corporation Inc. (ALC) and shall apply to all draws held thereafter until they are
amended by ALC.
2. RULES AND REGULATIONS
ATLANTIC 49 is governed by and subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Atlantic Lottery
Corporation Inc. (ALC), WHICH INCLUDE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, and all applicable laws.
3.
ISSUANCE OF TICKETS
To participate in an ATLANTIC 49 draw, a person must:
a)
present a duly completed ATLANTIC 49 selection slip, or request an ATLANTIC 49 Instapik
where all selections requested will be computer generated;
Or
b)
present a duly completed LOTTO 6/49 selection slip with a selection in the ATLANTIC 49
column, or request a LOTTO 6/49 Instapik with a specified number of ATLANTIC 49 (When
ATLANTIC 49 is played with LOTTO 6/49 all selections will be computer generated); and
c)
pay the retailer $1 for each ATLANTIC 49 play per draw.
An ATLANTIC 49 ticket will then be issued indicating, among other things, the date of the draw(s)
for which it is valid, the Regular Selection and the Guaranteed Prize Draw Selection for each play,
the price, the control number and other relevant information. Each $1 ATLANTIC 49 play consists
of two selections: (i) Regular Selection-which consists of six (6) numbers from 1 through 49; and
(ii) Guaranteed Prize Draw Selection-which consists of nine (9) numbers preceeded by an “A” and
which appears under the Regular Selection for Atlantic 49 on the ticket.
When playing ATLANTIC 49 on its own, players can purchase up to six (6) plays per selection slip
or up to 10 plays per Instapik. When playing ATLANTIC 49 with LOTTO 6/49, players can purchase
up to ten (10) plays per ticket.
3.
DRAW
On each ATLANTIC 49 draw date, or as soon as possible thereafter, AL will cause six main numbers
and one bonus number (being seven different numbers) to be drawn at random from among all
numbers from 1 to 49 (the “Main Draw”); and
On each ATLANTIC 49 draw date, or as soon as possible thereafter, AL will cause one Guaranteed
Prize Draw Selection to be drawn at random from among all the Guaranteed Prize Draw Selections
issued for that draw (the “Guaranteed Prize Draw”).
4.
WINNING SELECTIONS
Winning Selections as a result of any ATLANTIC 49 draw are determined as follows:
A) Main Draw

Consists of (in any one ATLANTIC 49 Regular Selection):
All 6 main numbers
Any 5 main numbers + the bonus number

Any 3 main numbers + 3 other numbers *
-orAny 3 main numbers + 2 other numbers * + the bonus number

Any 2 main numbers + 3 other numbers + the bonus number
*’other number’ means any number, which has not been drawn.
B) Guaranteed Prize Draw
A winning selection as a result of any Guaranteed Prize Draw is determined where all the digits of
the Guaranteed Prize Draw Selection match in the exact order to those of the Guaranteed Prize
Draw Selection drawn.
5.
WINNING TICKETS
A valid ticket for a draw bearing any Winning Selection of such draw is a Winning Ticket and
entitles its holder(s) to claim a cash prize in accordance with Section 6 below. Only one prize per
Winning Selection may be claimed.
6.
PRIZES/ODDS
After each ATLANTIC 49 draw, ALC allocates for the payment of prizes, a fixed prize structure as
follows:

NOTE: For each draw, ALC will limit the total prize amount payable in the ‘Match 6 of 6’ winning
selection to $1,000,000; therefore, if this limit is exceeded, prizes payable will be determined by
dividing the total prize amount payable for this winning selection ($1,000,000) by the total number
of winners in this winning selection.
7.
PRIZE CLAIMS
Prizes must be claimed within one (1) year following the draw date in the manner stated on the
back of the ticket.
