company started when owner, Paolo Dalla Zorza arrived in America to
open his own gelateria in 1999. Authentic gelato supplies were limited if
not non existent in America, so he started to import his own supplies
from Italy. Other gelato businesses in the states started to ask “where
did you find those cups, spoons etc.?”
That was the beginning of what is now a growing business across the
