The Georgian Bluffs quarry will be producing oversize
flagstone in the heights of 1 - 2 , 2 - 3 and 3- 4 inches
thick. Random flagstone will be produced from 1/2 inch
up to 1 1/2 inches thick. All of this material will be multi
coloured and smooth. Medium waterfall will also be
made available , this material has well defined horizontal
lines with smooth edges. The Wiarton quarry will be
cutting 1.25 and 1.5 inch thick pavers from the Mar
black marble and the Lindsay grey marble. Natural bed
square cut in the thickness 1/2 to 1 1/2 inch will be
produced. The guillotine will will be splitting natural bed
guillotine drywall and natural bed buildingstone. The
Mar quarry will be producing a 9 inch, 11 inch and a 30
inch armourstone. The 9 and 11 inch material will be
available on skids or in bulk for delivery by the end dump
load. Garden steps 6 to 7 inches thick in small to large
sizes will be extracted from a pebble top layer. Garden
steps 5-6 and 6-8 inches thick smooth and black will be
extracted from the black marble layer. Oversize from 1-2
and 2-3 inches thick will be stacked on skids. The Lindsay quarry will be extracting oversize and some large
slabs in the 3-4 and 4-5 inch range. Natural bed garden
steps will be limited because of the extraction height
being quarried. The large saws will be cutting sawn bed
guillotine drywall and nominal height coursing, and sawn
garden steps for a flame top and a natural top. The wire
saw will be cutting 2.25 and 4 inch slabs for flaming.
The small saws will be cutting natural bed square cut
from 1/2 inch to 3 inches thick. The guillotine will be
splitting natural and sawn wallstone and buildingstone.
