“Youth Cooperation Against Geographical Barriers” is a seminar project applied to Turkish National Agency.
There will be 26 youth workers from Turkey, Croatia, Estonia Slovakia and Slovenia during 1-7 July 2015 in Kars /
Turkey. Participants are going to have the possibility to work in an international atmosphere and get new
experiences and skills on inclusion. The activities of the project will be carried within the non-formal learning
ways. With this kind of education approach, we may say that participants' needs will be the centre of the project.

Who are we?
“Kars Young Entrepreneurs Youth Group” is an informal group in Turkey which is organizing meetings
and activities on youth work and youth participation. Group has a deep experience in international
works. Group members have been in many international events as participants, facilitators or leaders.
Objectives of the Project
- Social inclusion of young people who lives in rural regions and has geographical disadvantages.
- To encourage young people implement social inclusion methods during the project.
- To provide self confidence, knowledge and experience among young people in order to develop the
youth works and social integration.
- To make aware of local community and young people about positive effects of youth works to social
development of rural regions.
- To struggle with poverty caused by economical, social, cultural and geographical obstacles.
Partner Countries - Participants
The partner countries of the project are Croatia, Estonia, Slovakia, Slovenia and Turkey.
The number of participants from each country will be like:
Croatia: 3 Participants
Estonia: 6 Participants
Slovakia: 6 Participants
Slovenia: 3 Participants
Turkey: 8 Participants
Travel
There is an airport in the city named “Kars Harakani Airport”. We advise you to book the flights to that
airport.
We will reimburse 100% of participant´s travel costs from your home town to the project venue,
within the valid budget sums. (The sums for travel costs are calculated according the official rules for
Erasmus+ programme, where considering the distance. All limits can be calculated according the
distance calculator:

Note: Travel expenses exceeding the stated costs limit will be reimbursed only till the amount
of the limit, the excess will be paid by participant himself/herself.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please keep your boarding passes with you to give the project’s host organization
The reimbursement is going to be by bank transfer after the groups are back to country and
return tickets and boarding passes is sent to host organization by scan and usual post.

Croatia – 360 €
Estonia – 360 €
Slovakia – 360 €
Slovenia – 360 €
Turkey – 180 €
Health Insurance
The health insurance is not provided and will not be reimbursed by the organizers. All participants are
strongly advised to purchase travel insurance.
