OUTLINE FOR A GROUP FEEDBACK SESSION
1. Explain the goal of this assessment
a. Lifestyle assessment measures heart rate and heart rate variability.
b. The measurement aims to evaluate individual stress factors, sufficiency of recovery, quality of
sleep and the health and fitness effects of exercise.
c. The goal is to improve stress management and physical activity habits and promote better
recovery.
2. Go through the individual reports by utilizing a power point presentation / example reports
a. Nobody’s personal results are presented
b. Remind that the result can be influenced by:
i. Health status, illnesses, medications and alcohol
ii. Other stressors, such as stress, overweight, poor fitness level and heavy physical load
or hard training on measurement days
iii. To conduct a group feedback session, you can utilize the Group feedback slide
presentation available under the Feedback module
3. Discuss the group result by showing summary values from a group report
a. To create a group report and keep it anonymous, we recommend that at least 5 people have
conducted the 3-day assessment.
b. There are different kinds of group reports available in the program. Select the ones that are
appropriate for your project.
4. In addition to explanation of the reports, provide some recommended action points and encourage
group members to set some goals to support their individual well-being.
a. Give tips for example for
i. better stress management
ii. enhancing recovery and good sleep
iii. improving physical fitness
b. If desired, you can provide time in the end for group members to set 1-3 personal goals. They
can utilize the goals page in the back of the report package or write them down separately.
5. Summarize / draw conclusions and plan the next steps
a. Follow-up measurements?
b. Other possible follow-up / coaching meetings?
c. Individual feedbacks?
