Donor Thank-you - Lethbridge School District No. 51

Your generous donation to
Lethbridge School District 51’s
FastForward, High School
Completion Initiative
has provided financial support
to
students
so far this year!
Your support has relieved
the stressful burden of tuition
fees for these twenty
students which has allowed
them to focus their attention,
time and energy on the
successful completion of
their high school courses.
FastForward
is very proud to share
with you, the stories of a few
of the students YOU have
helped succeed this year!
** Entering our program, only
18 months ago, with 16 credits
and a small baby – she will
graduate with a High School
diploma and has a plan for a
career in the trades.
** Entering our program, at the
age of 20, after a long absence
from school, she will have
earned 22 credits this year and
plans to return in the fall for
another semester.
** Entering our program with a
career goal, she completed the
pre-requisite courses to attend
her program at the college in
September.
** At age 22, she returned to
complete the final course for a
High School diploma
I wanted to thank you for your
generosity for helping me pay for
my schooling. It means a lot due
to the fact that I was working but
now in doctor’s care! I’m trying
my best in school, so you have
helped majorly. It feels good
knowing there’s support when I
need it! So again thank-you so
very much! Sincerely, Taylor
The scholarship that I received
definitely aided and empowered
me to attempt something new.
Without it, I wouldn’t have gotten
to experience the trade before
taking it on full force. With that, I
am so very thankful for the
opportunity given to me.
Sincerely, Deekota
I wanted to thank you for
your generosity for helping
me pay for some of my
schooling. It is greatly
appreciated as I am working
long hours to try and
graduate and trying the best
I can to keep coming to
school and getting
everything done. It makes
me so happy to know that
people notice how hard I am
trying to get my life on track
so I have a good future.
Sincerely, Candace
