Grade Level Messages:
FIFTH GRADE ATLANTA FIELD TRIP: This week you may have received a yellow slip of paper
from your child indicating the balance remaining for the 5th Grade Field Trip to Atlanta. Please
send in your balance payment by Monday, March 14th (if you owe any money).
Proof of Residency Forms: Proof of residence is required when a student initially enrolls in a
school, when entering grades K, 6 and 9, and whenever indication of a change of residence
occurs in accordance with Forsyth County Schools Board Policy JBCAA. The Registration Center
staff or Principal or Principal’s designee shall accept the following records as proof of residency.
Your proofs of residency are required on or before May 25, 2011.
*The fifth grade class with the forms in first will win an extra recess/kickball game with Mrs.
Hazelwood and Mrs. Braswell!
WE NEED SHOE BOXES! Please send in shoe boxes for a future project.
