VOLUNTEER INCOME TAX ASSISTANCE (V.I.T.A.)
Here from 9-1p.m. every Thursday until April 12, 2012.
FREE income tax assistance, by volunteers trained by
IRS (VITA) (TCE) programs. Call 211 on your land
phone and schedule an appointment or you can
just drop in. Bring copies of your 2010 tax returns and
all forms showing income for 2011 (W-2’s,etc.)

Aynsley Place is pleased to announce the
addition of an Adult Day Program designed
to provide a supervised social setting for adults
who are currently living at home or with a
loved one. Participants can enjoy healthy
meals and activities, Monday through Friday

2012 Senior Center Golf League Information Meeting
This league is open to all members of the Senior Activity
Center. The league is designed for all levels and people
who want to get out and have fun. An informational
meeting will be held at the Senior Center on March 19, at
9:30 am and final sign ups are on April 16 at 9:30 am.
The cost for the league fee is $45. for the year. Green
Fee’s are $17. for 9 holes and with a cart $24. (Please

TRIP POLICY
1. A $5 cancellation fee will be charged except for hospitalization/death or if we can fill your space from our
reserve list. If there is no reserve list, you may be
responsible for additional fees ie; theatre tickets.
2. Cancellation fees on multi-day trips will vary according
to tour provider. Cancellation insurance is strongly
recommended on multi-day tours. It is your responsibility.
3. No Assigned Seating on Multi-Day Tours, or shared
day tours, unless Nashua fills entire bus.
4. In case of emergency and you need to cancel a trip
that is scheduled for a Sunday or Monday, call 8834783, leave your name and phone number and the
name of the trip and someone will get back to you.
5. Day trips under $100, payable in full at sign-up,
over $100 require a minimum deposit of $50 per
5
person to hold your seat. Balances on day trips must
be paid in full 60 days prior to departure.
6. Trips will now be open to the public, at same cost one
month after publication in the newsletter .
7. Inclement weather – Tours are rarely cancelled due to
bad weather because of ticket commitments, meal
reservations and so forth.
8. Special Needs Traveler’s, in compliance with the
Americans with Disabilities Act and with advance notice at time of reservation, we will make reasonable
efforts to accommodate the special needs of tour participants. Persons requiring assistance must be accompanied by a companion who is capable of and
totally responsible for providing the assistance.
