NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing of the Village of Lisle Planning and Zoning Commission will be conducted on September 19, 2012, at the hour of 7: 00 p.. in the Village Hall of the Village of Lisle, 925 Burlington Avenue, Lisle, Illinois 60532, to consider the following requested zoning relief: 1) Approval of a Variation, pursuant to Section 5- 1- 10( B)( 2) of the Zoning Code of the Village of Lisle Code, to exceed the maximum height allowed for an open fence located in the alternate front (corner side) yard from 3 feet to 4 feet.
