NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing of the Village of Lisle
Planning and Zoning Commission will be conducted on September 19, 2012, at the hour
of 7: 00 p.. in the Village Hall of the Village of Lisle, 925 Burlington Avenue, Lisle,
Illinois 60532, to consider the following requested zoning relief:
1)
Approval of a Variation, pursuant to Section 5- 1- 10( B)( 2)
of the Zoning
Code of the Village of Lisle Code, to exceed the maximum height allowed
for an open fence located in the alternate front (corner side) yard from 3
feet to 4 feet.
The Subject Property is commonly known as 3181 Burlington Avenue in the
Village of Lisle. The subject property is legally described upon Exhibit A attached hereto
and incorporated herein.
The following documents comprise part of the application and are open to
inspection until September 19, 2012 between the hours of 8: 30 a.m. and 4: 30 p.m. at the
office of the Village Clerk of the Village of Lisle, 925 Burlington Avenue, Lisle, Illinois,
after which the documents will be available pursuant to the Village Freedom of
Information Act procedures:

to be heard; provided, however that persons wanting to conduct cross examination of
witnesses and who have not directly received personal notice of this public hearing in the

All persons interested in this public hearing, are encouraged to review the Village
Planning and Zoning Commission public hearing rules and procedures. Copies of these
rules and procedures are available from the Village Community Development office. All
participants in the public hearing process are expected to abide by these rules and
procedures.
