The judging will take place throughout the course of day. There is no need to hang around all day by your pride and joy.
But if you’re there we can take an even better look (might even ask you to pop the bonnet...)

- looks like 100mph when it’s standing still...

- the car we think would be the best for a school prom run
MOST ORIGINAL MINI - as it came off the production line (is that the right colour hose clip?)
SHOW N SHAME MINI - the “RAT LOOK” (intended, or otherwise...)
MOST BONKERS MINI- the most bizarrely modified or added to.

RULES OF THE DAY
There is strictly no access to Steyne Gardens for setting up before 7.00am. We
therefore ask traders not to arrive earlier than 8.00am and Mini Clubs from 8.30am.
The show starts at 10.30am and experience tells us that this allows ample time for
setting up providing we all work together.
The gardens are NOT a closed off area and remain open to all members of the public throughout the day.
MAXIMUM SPEED IS WALKING PACE – ANYTHING OVER 5 MPH IS TOO FAST !!!
1. PLEASE ACCEPT THE DIRECTIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE MARSHALLS. They are there to help
you and others have a safe and enjoyable day.
2. ABSOLUTELY NO HANDBRAKE TURNS OR WHEELSPINNING. We have to pay a substantial deposit to the
council. If we lose this, it reduces the amount we can give to our charity.
3. NO BARBEQUES ARE PERMITTED ON SITE. This is a strict rule from the Worthing Borough Council. There will
be a stall selling posh coffee and cakes. There is an abundance of cafes and restaurants all within a very short
walk of the show. The local Wimpy is supporting the show with an All Day Breakfast and Drink for £4 by
just showing this flyer.
4. No unnecessary revving of your engines please. Please keep your sound systems to a very low volume, as
this is a residential area.
5. Dogs are permitted, but please keep them on a lead (local by-law) and clean up any mess!
6. Please TAKE YOUR LITTER HOME with you. We cannot leave extra bags of rubbish by the bins as the
seagulls rip them open. The WSMOC is not licensed (and therefore not permitted) to transport rubbish from the
site.
7. WATCH OUT FOR SEAGULLS! They are very large and accomplished scavengers. They have been known to
steal small objects from people (Ice creams, sandwiches, children, minis, etc... new MINIs are safe - no seagull is
that big!)
8. Buy lots of raffle tickets, they are in aid of a very good cause.
9. If you have a good day, tell your friends, and come again next year.
10. In the unlikely event that you get bored of looking at all the lovely minis, remember that both the pier and the town
centre are only a couple of minutes walk away.
This year a car security company CHIPnTRAC is offering everyone who attends a password so that they can
buy a CHIPnTRAC car security pack for just £99 (that's a 33% discount) and they will donate £5 to WSMOC
for the charity for every pack sold using the password. The password can be used on the CHIPnTRAC web
site shop. The offer is valid until 31st October. Ask for the password and details of the pack at the West
Sussex Mini Owners Regalia tent. It can be fitted to motor cycles as well.

member of the public at all times. You are strongly advised to take all normal precautions with regard to security of your vehicle

The WEST SUSSEX MINI OWNERS CLUB holds the right to refuse admission, or expel from the show site, any person or vehicle, at
its discretion.
