Accommodation fees are charged at rates applicable in respect of the period in which the occupation takes place and not rates that
applied at the time of booking or payment of the deposit.
Bookings wil only be confirmed on receipt of faxed proof of payment of the deposit, with booking REF. NO. to (013) 245 8512. We
reserve the right to cancel booking not confirmed within 14 days.

Deposit/Accommodation payment: Individuals and Groups
25% within 14 days and 50% within 3 months after reservation. The balance is payable one month prior to occupation.
Cancellation Fees
a Cancellation fee of 10% of the deposit will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled within 3 months prior to the occupation date
a Cancellation fee of 20% of the deposit will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled within 2 months prior to the occupation date
100% of the deposit will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled less than 1 month prior to the occupation date.
Partial refunds may apply, in the sole discretion of the Resort manager depending on the ability to re-let for the reserved period
