Questionnaire We aim to provide advice, assistance and referrals to everyone that contacts us for help who is facing criminal charges in a country other than their country of nationality. In order for us to decide how we can help, we need you to answer a few questions about your case. This information also helps us understand the barriers to justice facing people arrested far from home, which we can then tackle through our campaigns. Please answer as many of the following questions as you can and provide as much information as possible. If a question is not relevant to you, please leave it blank. Privacy Notice We collect information about you when you complete our questionnaire. We may also collect information about you from other sources (such as from your medical records and family members) in the course of providing our services. This includes, for example, your name and contact details, your ethnic and religious background, your health and details about your case. We use this information to assist you and otherwise provide support in relation to your case.
