Bottom Line: we want to put this incident to bed. While we can enter into the BPC risk register (soon to be started), we can also notate that it was a non-issue. We will obviously file it away for future use if required. I will be there at the 1630 mtg. It would be good to quickly discuss and get your perspective, including that I am right when I say that it is not a current “real” threat.
