ARBITRATION MATTERS
• Appointed as sole arbitrator or co-arbitrator in various international arbitrations administered by
the ICC, the OHADA CCJA, the CCAM (Mali) and the CPAM (Cameroon)
• Acted as Counsel in many international arbitrations administered by the ICC, the OHADA CCJA,
the CCAM (Mali) and the CPAM (Cameroon)
ADVISORY WORK
• Advise major local and international clients in all aspects of business matters and transactions.
EXPERT ENGAGEMENTS
• Advised the Malian Government on amendments to be made to the Malian Property Code
• Engaged as part of an international team of experts by the IFC/World Bank to lead the drafting of
the OHADA Uniform Legislation on insolvency procedures
• Advised the Congolese Government to work on the harmonisation of Congolese laws and
regulations with OHADA business laws
• Advised the Malian Government on amendments required to be brought to the Malian Civil
Procedure Code, the Commercial Code and the Social Code, including for the purpose of rendering
them compliant with OHADA legislation and with international standards
• Advise the Permanent Secretary of OHADA on an ad hoc basis on amendments to be made to the
main Uniform Acts of OHADA
