What is Windows Live SkyDrive?
Store, organize, and download your files, photos, and favorites on Windows Live servers, and access them from
any computer with an Internet connection. Share photos and files that you create with your friends, collaborate
on documents, or display photos and files that you create for anyone on the Windows Live network.
Sign in
Login to you Student Email account.
On the top yellow bar, click ‘More’ then ‘SkyDrive’
Choose/Add a folder & Upload your files
Once you’re in SkyDrive, select a folder where you want to add files or choose the Create folder icon at the top
of the page.

Click Add files. To select more than one file, hold the Ctrl key while you click each one. When you’re done
selecting files, click Open.
That’s it! Now you can get to your files anytime you’re online.

Share files on SkyDrive with the people you choose. And if you want to change their permissions later—no
problem.
Share a file by sending an email
Change permissions
Locate the file you'd like to share.
Locate the file you're sharing.
Select the check box for the file, and then look at the
information area to the right.
Under Sharing, click Share.
Select the check box for the file, and then look at the
information area to the right.
Under Sharing, select Can view or Can edit for the
people you’re sharing with.
Use the x icon to completely stop sharing the file with
someone. Your changes are saved automatically.
Actions for files and folders appear to the right of the
file and folder lists.
Click To to choose from your contacts.
Click Share.
