Changes in 2nd edition of OSBP Source Book Learn from previous experiences and lessons learned. OSBP Source Book guides the simple way of adopting OSBPs THINK BY HIMSELF GIVE UP 1. Shifted to “User Friendly”, 2. Shows Processes “Step by Step”, 3. Provide Mutual Learning opportunities continental wide. 9 7. 1 Objective of OSBP SB – accelerate introduction Accelerate smooth introduction of OSBPs for greater trade facilitation. 10 7. 2 Objective of Using OSBP SB – standardize border What happens each border have different cumbersome documents, procedures and rules?
