Minleon Retrofit LED Christmas Light Bulbs Warranty
Product Warranty, manufacturing and assembly defects - Minleon warrants product to be free
from manufacturing and assembly defects. Buyer must inspect and determine product to be defective
due to manufacturing and/or assembly, and return product to Minleon within 60 days from receipt of
product for the following corrective action to apply. All returns must be approved by Minleon in advance
of return. If buyer fails to meet the above-referenced condition, this warranty becomes null and void.
Upon Minleon receipt, inspection and determination that the returned product is defective due to
manufacturing and/or assembly, Minleon shall replace the defective product with replacement product of
the same type and color.
Product Warranty, product lumination - Minleon bulbs are engineered to burn for more than 60,000
hours under normal conditions. But, because LED holiday replacement bulb technology has not evolved
for the length of time necessary to verify this life expectancy, the industry can not specifically confirm this
life expectancy. Minleon manufactures the highest quality bulb on the market and expects all product to
burn as the engineering specifications project, and once LED technology matures to the point life
expectancy can be verified, Minleon will warrant bulb life in line with engineering specifications. Until such
time, as a customer service gesture, Minleon will warrant bulb burning life for one-year from date of
purchase under normal conditions. In exercising any warranty claim, buyer must have documented
evidence of burning time and specific conditions of bulb use.
