International Students who would like to study at the
University of Burgundy: applications handled by other
services of the University of Burgundy
The International Office of the University of Burgundy does not handle all admissions of
international students or French students who would like to register at the University of
Burgundy, with a foreign certificate, to study a Full-Time degree. If you are part of one of the
groups noted below, we would like to invite you to contact the representative concerning
the correct procedure for your admission.
Applicants who are not part of the International Office application procedures:

Applicants who have already obtained a degree from the University of Burgundy:
Contact the administrative office of the study programme you want to enrol in so
that you can find out more information on the admissions procedure. You can
find necessary contacts on the website Formations. The contacts of all
administrative offices of all faculties are also available at student website uB link.

International applicants with a French education certificate (bac français) and
who would like to enrol into first year of bachelor studies: you need to apply via
the Admission Post-Bac (APB) website between 20th January to 20th March 2017.

French applicants with a foreign certificate: you should contact the administrative
office Pôle Formation et Vie Universitaire of the University of Burgundy so that
you can find out more about the procedure of validating your foreign certificates
(validation d’acquis).

Applicants who would like to register to the Technology Institute (Instituts
universitaires de technologie - IUT): please visit the website of IUT and contact
their administrative staff to find out more about the applications procedure.

Applicants who would like to apply to a study programmes which are not in Dijon
but at one of our other campuses (Auxerre, Nevers, Chalon-sur-Saône, Mâcon, Le
Creusot): please contact the administrative office of study programme so you can
find out more information on the admissions procedure.

the website Formations, choose your study programme that you want to enrol in
and you will find on the side bar of the page dedicated to your course the section
Site préparant au diplôme which will state which campus your study programme
is on. On the same page on the sidebar (bottom right of page) you will find the
section Contacts: these are the contact details of the heads of departments and
administrative staff that will be able to give you more information about
application procedures.

Applicants who would like to do a thesis: contact the Doctoral Studies Office of
