Would rather 1.00 stare at computer screen than make eye contact and made me 3.00 feel completely dismissed and stupid. As a healthcare professional myself and a usually very assertive person this is Source: online quite a difficult thing to achieve so well done Dr Pande. Reception staff often rude. Have made telephone appointments and on 3 occasions have not been called back. When spoke to reception staff they were unhelpful. Specific telephone clinic would be better. At The Old Court House. sutton, GPs have an hour allocated specifically for telephone consultation so you know you will be called within a specific time frame Nurse who administered my children's jabs had dreadful bedside manner, did not wash her hands or use alcohol gel. When I challenged her about this issue, also pointing out she had a cut on the end of her thumb she responded 'its healing' and dismissed the issue. The saving grace at Longcroft is Dr Ray, who is a joy! Wonderful GP, great attitude. Such a shame she's so popular and can't always get an appointment, as I refuse to see anyone else at this clinic. 5 Involvement Cleanliness 5.00 Had an appointment for a blood test this morning. Actually saw 5.00 the nurse a few minutes earlier than my appointment time. She Staff 5.00 was very pleasant and put me at my ease as I told her that in the Appointment 4.00 past there had been difficulties in taking my blood (including a hospital).
