H-E-B Diced Tomatoes with or without Chiles

1. Season chicken or pork with fajita seasoning and set aside. Heat the oil in large heavy skillet
for 3 minutes on high heat. Add seasoned meat and stir-fry for 5 minutes until pieces are golden.
2. Add HEB Calabacita Blend, diced tomatoes, chicken bouillon powder, and 1 1/2 cups
WATER* to cooked chicken. Stir mixture and bring to a boil over medium heat, and reduce
heat to medium low. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir and serve.
* You can add 1 to 2 cups more water to make the stew into a soup.
