Payment
The cost to attend the World Junior Championships Coaching Conference is €100. If you wish to book a place to attend
the coaching conference, please email [email protected] coaches will be sent payment instructions via
email. Upon receipt of payment attendees will receive an email to confirm their place at the conference.
Venue
The World Junior Championships Coaching Conference will be delivered across two venues. Theory sessions will be
delivered in the main auditorium at the Hotel Gran Bilbao www.hotelgranbilbao.com. All on-court and practical sessions
will be delivered at Rekalde Sports Hall, which is located approximately 15 minutes from Hotel Gran Bilbao.
Accommodation
There are many accommodation options in Bilbao, which suit a variety of needs and budgets. The official hotel of the
World Junior Championships Coaching Conference is the Hotel Gran Bilbao www.hotelgranbilbao.com.
Please note that coaches are responsible for booking and payment of their own accommodation.
Transport
Attending coaches are responsible for their own transportation to and from Bilbao International Airport.
Complimentary transport to/from the Rekalde Sports Hall will be provided from Hotel Gran Bilbao as part of the
conference.
Translation
All theory and on-court sessions will be delivered in English, with simultaneous Spanish translation provided.
World Junior Championships
All coaches attending the coaching conference will receive complimentary access to the World Junior Championships
Visa
Attending coaches are responsible for any visa requirements, relating to attending the coaching conference.
