With .these revised pages, MCT i s proposing to: (1) introduce Govement Pricing Plans f o r Option Q (MCI Vision) and Option S (Vnet); ( 2 ) add a footnote for those Option Q (MCI Vision) customers who have enrolled i n . t h e Vision RPP Plan offered i n M C I ' s Tariff FCC No. 1; (3) lower the per minuteusage rates associated with Option T (MCI 900); ( 4 ) change the m e ofOption V to MCT Phonecash; (5) introduce Option W (MCI Prepaid) ; (6) introduce Option Y (MCI MASTERS); and (7) introduce t h e MCI Friends & Family Winback Promotion. T4CI advised the Conmission that i t s customers would be n o t i f i e d about the proposed changes through l o c a l newspaper publication. .The f i l i n g has been reviewed by Conmission S t a f f and by j o i n t memorandum received April 26, 1995, Steven Hamula, Staff Attorney, recommended approvalof same. In zlddition, since M C I indicates that it has provided notice of the f i l i n g v i a l o c a l newspaper publication, Commission Staff i s of t h e opinion that no additional public notice is necessary, In view of the order issued i n Case No. 84-125-T-CNY on June 30, 1986, which streamlined regulation of a l l interexchange toll c a r r i e r s and resellers in West Virginia, this Conmission finds that t h i s t a r i f f f i l i n g of MCI complies with that order and should be approved. The Comission also finds khat the notice given for t h i s offering i s sufficient i n t h i s p a r t i c u l w c a s e and Waives any further notice that i s required under the streamlined regulation procedures.
