March 12 - Opening Day Par 3 Bonanza
All 18-holes are made into Par 3’s with different yardages. 18-holes will be played with
oversize cups 2-person Select Drive Best Ball-Entry Fee $35.00 per player

April 2 - Ecco Shoe Fitting Day
Ecco shoe fitting van on site. Try all the latest golf shoes. 9:00 am-3:00 pm
April 3 - 15-Minute Free Lesson with YOUR PGA Golf Professional
3:30 pm-5:00 pm, sign up in the Golf Shop
April 6 - Demo Night & Adidas Shoe Fitting 4:00 pm-8:00 pm
Test the latest equipment from Ping, Callaway, Mizuno & Nike. Adidas will be here to try on
the latest shoes for Men & Women
April 8 - Masters Friday at WindStone (Member-Member/Member-Guest)

Regular Saturday Schedule-In this format a player will pick a PGA Tour Player from the 3rd
round of the Masters. The player will post an 18-hole net score using full USGA Handicap, then
add the PGA Tour Players 3rd round score together to determine the winner. Entry fee $10.00,
results will be posted Sunday
April 15 - Friday Night Couples Starts
Tee time is 6:15 pm-Our most popular Social Time on the Golf Course. Come out have a great
time & meet new friends while playing golf. No Entry Fee
April 30 & May 1 - Member-Member
This is Team Match Play Tournament with 2 player teams playing 9-hole flighted matches. 3matches will be played Saturday, 2 matches on Sunday with a shootout to crown our MemberMember Champion. Field Limited to first 48 teams. Entry Fee $100.00 per team; includes Golf,
Prizes & Lunch both days. (2015 Champion Skip Alexander/David Johnson)
May 30 - Memorial Day-Throw Out Tournament “New”
Play within your normal foursome or game. Before returning your scorecard players will be
allowed to cross out a designated number of their worst scoring holes. Golf Shop will
determine the number of holes. Payout will be based on the player with the lowest score with
handicap. Entry fee $10.00
June 1- Match Play Tournament
Summer long match play tournament open to men and women. Entry fee $25.00 per player

June 14- US Open Pro-Am “NEW”
Regular Saturday Schedule-In this format a player will pick a PGA Tour Player partner from the
3rd round of the US Open. The player will post an 18-hole net score using full USGA Handicap,
then add the PGA Tour Players 3rd round score together to determine the winner. Entry fee
$10.00, results will be posted Sunday.
June 15- Team Match Play Starts “NEW”
Two person match play will be held this summer. Entry fee $50.00 per team
June 24 -26 Gentlemen’s Member-Guest
Entry fee includes 3 rounds of golf, Calcutta party, Saturday Night Party, breakfast & lunch 2days, all thebeer, soft drinks and snacks you can eat & drink. Don’t forget the player packages
that will feature _ ___. Entry fee $420.00 per team.
July 4 – Fourth of July Red, White, Blue Tournament
Play within your normal group. During your normal round of golf you must play 6 holes from
the blue tees,6 holes from the white tees, and 6 holes from the red tees. Entry fee $10.00,
payout based on net score.
July 15- Member-Member/Member-Guest “NEW”

July 23-Night Golf
4-person team select shot-play 9-holes in the daylight stop and have dinner, play 9 holes in the
dark. Entry fee is $45.00 per person to include night golf supplies, dinner and prizes. Field is
limited to 14 teams! .
August 13 and 14 - Club Championship
All members are encouraged to play in THEIR CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP. Men will have the choice
of playing gold, blue or white tees, seniors play green tees, Super Seniors and Ladies play red
tees. Entry fee $60.00 includes 36-holes Stableford System, lunch 2-days, tee gift & prizes. .
August 27 - Gilbert Cup Signups
This is the day to sign up for our Ryder Cup type event. Tournament only allows for 64 players
to play, signups will start at 7:45 am.
September 2 - Tailgate Party & Tasting
To celebrate Opening Weekend of college football, we are hosting a 9-hole tournament and
tailgate party. Dress up and decorate your golf cart in your team’s favorite colors. 4-person 9hole select shot, with beer and finger foods following play. Entry fee is $25.00 per player. Find
your foursome or sign up and we will find a foursome. .
September 7 - Labor Day-Blind Draw Tournament “NEW”
Play within your group! 18-hole stroke play event using handicaps. Your partner is not drawn
until everyone tees off. The winner is the team with the lowest better-ball score. Entry Fee
$10.00

September 6 – 8 Aerification
October 12 - Men’s Road Trip Sewanee Golf Club & Sweetens Cove Golf Course
24 men are invited on this great road trip in the Fall. 9-holes at Sewanee Golf Club at $20.00
per player, after play lunch on Monteagle, then play 9 holes at Sweetens Cove Golf Course for
$____Per player.
October 21 -23 Gilbert Cup
Ryder Cup weekend! 64 players split into two teams of 32 players using the Ryder Cup format.
Pairings party to be held on Friday, then 36 holes on Saturday, and 18 holes on Sunday. Entry
Fee $150.00 per player to include dinner, lunch 2-days, hat & 2-team shirts. .
November 4 - Member-Member/Member-Guest—BA.S.H.
2-person team tournament - open to all members with a Shotgun Start at 12:30 pm the
Format is BA.S.H. Entry fee $80.00 per team includes Golf, Lunch and Prizes. .
November 11 Veteran’s Golf Day
Members are encouraged to bring a Veteran or an Active Military Personal for a free round of
golf. Member must be with the guest and cannot bring more then three guests per member.
December 1 Christmas Shop Party
Kick off the holiday shopping at the Club. Expect great discounts in the Golf Shop with a special
Dinner Buffet in the Grill.
Ladies Activities
March 8- Ladies Social
All ladies are invited to join the Ladies Committee and Golf Staff for Wine & Cheese in the Grill.
This is a great opportunity to meet new ladies but allow the Committee & Staff to introduce
the 2016 Golf Schedule. Time: 6:30pm Meet & Greet 7:00-8:00 pm Meeting
March 24 thru April 21 Ladies Clinic Starts
9:30 am—11:00 am or 6:30-8:00 pm,5 week clinic on each Thursday Morning or
ThursdayEvening, Lesson Fee $60.00. Ladies of all levels are encouraged to attend
April 28-Ladies Opening Day & Play with Golf Staff
Kick off the season in a fun fashion with a 9-hole select shot. Tee time is at 6:15 pm, please call
in by 5:30 pm. Fun social time on the golf course for all ladies.
May 5 Ladies 9-hole play day
Open to all ladies of any skill level. Great social time on the course. Tee time 6:15 pm, please
call the Golf Shop to sign up by 5:30 pm. Season runs April to August 26th.

Junior Golf
April 3-PGA Junior League Starts - Junior Golf Schedule
Team golf for juniors 8 years old to 13 years old. Season will run from April to July. Team will
practice and play other clubs in the area. See Golf Shop for more details.

Juniors from the ages 8 and up are encouraged to join us for a week of clinic. Friends are

July 17- Parent-Child
9-hole parent child event-select shot format. Following play stay for dinner and play on the
bounce houses and take your chance on the putting contest. $20.00 per team July ??????
Junior Club Championship
Juniors are encouraged to play in their Club Championship. All ages are welcome as we will
have a 3/9/18 hole division. See Golf Shop for details Entry Fee $10.00
Couples Golf
April 15- Friday Night Couples Starts for the Season
A Social night at the club for couples while playing golf. Usually no cost associated unless
except for tastings on the golf course. Tee time 6:15 pm, please call in by 5:30 pm. Ugly Shirt
and Wine Tasting Night, Players are encourage to wear the ugliest shirt they have in their
closest. Awards will be given away for the ugliest. Pick your own couples partner and enjoy a
night at the club while tasting wines on the golf course.
April 23 Couples Road Trip to Canyon Ridge
Couples play 18-holes of golf at Canyon Ridge Golf Club with dinner following play.
May 27 - Jimmy Buffett Tasting
