Dinner Special at Hearst Castle
For groups up to 100 people (minimum 50 people) come tour and dine at the
Hearst Castle Visitor Center. For the 2016 season we will be providing a late
afternoon or early evening dinner option for your group tour experience. This will
be a private event hosted inside the Visitor Center or outside on the patio area
between the theater and main café. The menu we will be a local favorite Santa
Maria Style BBQ with all the fixings.

Instructions/Terms & Conditions
1. How to order? Please e-mail Chef De Cuisine Brandon Krips at [email protected] or John Fairweather General Manager at [email protected] with a request for the dinner special with the specific head count, date
and time you would like the event hosted. We will then coordinate dates and times directly
with you via email. All requests for dinner service must be received 30 days prior to the
event. Please complete the below order guide once we have been able to confirm your
groups dates and details of the event. We will collect full payment for your dinner 10 days
in advance of the event. We accept credit card payment over the phone by calling 805-9278601 and asking for Brandon Krips or John Fairweather or you can include your credit card
information on the order guide. Please make sure to make your full payment 10 days prior
to your group’s arrival to ensure that when they arrive they have their dinner ready. You
will receive a confirmation e-mail that payment has been received, and that your order will
be prepared. All receipts can be electronically sent after full payment at any time or
delivered to your chosen representative on the day of service.
2. Where do we eat? The location of your dinner will be either in the back of the Visitor
Center or located outside on the patio area. The dinner will be buffet style and we will
confirm the location of the event with your onsite representative the day of your tour.
3. Cancellations/Refund Policy: Full payment is required 10 days prior to the date of
arrival for your tour group. No refunds will be given for any reason after the full payment is
made.
