Lemonade and Bake-a-sale Day

Dear Parent,
Greetings!
Parents of KG I and II are organizing a ‘Lemonade and Bake-a-sale Day’ for all the students of Credence
High School on Thursday, 18 May 2017.

Some of our parents have volunteered to be involved in school activities, one of them being ‘Lemonade
and Bake-a-sale Day’.

Stalls will be set up by parents and they will be selling lemonade (there will be different flavours of
lemonades) and baked items (chicken samosa, chicken cutlet, croissant, cheese sandwich, pastries,
donuts and basbousa).

The amount collected towards this sale day will be contributed towards charity.

Lemonade will be sold for 1 dirham and baked items will be sold for 2 dirhams. There will also be
packets of baked items sold for 4 dirhams per pack. Children can purchase the same and take it home
to share with family members.
Please send a light tiffin box on Thursday, 18th May so that the children can buy and enjoy homemade food.
This will be a fun entrepreneurial experience for our students; they will attain business and financial skills.
They will learn to manage money, make a choice about what to buy and also learn that by buying they will be
contributing towards a good cause.
Please encourage your children to be a part of the ‘Lemonade and Bake-a-sale Day’, help us help others in
need. Please send the required money with your child and our teachers will guide and help them buy at the
stalls. We look forward to your co-operation and good will as always.
