The following persons pleaded guilty before Judge Lee S. Alford of York in General Sessions
Court last week.
Jason Bradburn, 12 Drugstore St., Buffalo, to possession with intent to distribute marijuana
first offense and distribution of marijuana first offense, three years suspended upon three
years probation on each count, sentences to run concurrently.
Steven Brewington, 604 Toney Road, Union, to distribution of marijuana third offense,
three years suspended upon one year and one year probation.
Tyrone Favors, 501 Meansville Road, Union, to failure to stop for a blue light first offense,
two years suspended upon 90 days and one year probation with credit for time served,
weekend service to begin May 20.
Denice Harris, 209 Jeffries St., Union, to financial identity fraud, two years suspended upon
two years probation with credit for time served.
