request. Any transactions through BANC constitute agreement of the most current Trading Rules. The NATE Board of Directors may perform credit checks on your business or personally from time to time. Failure to abide by any NATE bylaws,
ethics, or BANC Trading Rules may be grounds for immediate suspension or termination from the BANC.
